Seacoast Bank Online Banking and mobile app support the browsers and mobile device versions listed below. If your browser or mobile device version is not listed, please update it today to avoid any interruptions in your service.

 

System & Browser Requirements

 

A computer with the following is required:

 

  • Available browser updates applied for improved security that provides anti-virus and spyware protection.
  • An internet connection with a minimum of 1 Mbps download speed.

Note: Satellite connections often have difficulty supporting Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) applications. Since Seacoast Bank Online Banking is HTTPS-encrypted for the safety of your financial information, some satellite cable connections may exhibit slow responses.

Browser & Device Requirements for Mobile

 

The following is required:

 

  • A valid email address and telephone number
  • The Seacoast Online Banking Mobile App requires your mobile service provider’s data and/or text plan. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Users on unsupported iOS versions may still access Seacoast Bank Online Banking through the mobile device. The mobile browser may not offer all native app features.
  • Connectivity supported: 5G, 4G LTE, and Wi-Fi.

How to check your browser version:

 

 

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome
  2. At the top right, look for the icon 
  3. Select Settings from the drop-down menu
  4. From the settings window, select About Google Chrome from the left navigation 
  5. The details about the current version of Chrome will be shown on the screen

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox
  2. Click the menu button 
  3. Click Help and then select About Mozilla Firefox
  4. The browser version will be displayed on the information screen

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge
  2. Select Settings and more at the top of the window
  3. Select Settings cog-1
  4. Scroll down and select About Microsoft Edge to view the browser version

Apple Safari

  1. Open Safari
  2. Select the About Safari option under the Safari menu
  3. A new window will open with the safari version number

 

 


 

How to update your browser to the latest version:

 

 

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome

  5. The window that appears will automatically check for updates and show you the current version of Chrome. If an update is available, there will be an option to install the update.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox
  2. Click the menu button 
  3. Click Help and then select About Mozilla Firefox
  4. The window that appears will automatically check for updates and show you the current version of Firefox. If an update is available, there will be an option to install the update

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge
  2. Select Settings and more at the top of the window
  3. Select Help and Feedback
  4. Select About Microsoft Edge. It will automatically check for updates.
  5. If the version you have is up to date, you will see "Microsoft Edge" is up to date
  6. If an update is available, it will start downloading automatically. Restart the browser once updated

Apple Safari

  1. Open Safari
  2. Click on the Apple icon 300x150applepay-1 in the upper menu and choose App Store
  3. At the top of the window that appears, click the Updates button in the toolbar.
  4. Find Safari and click Update (or Update all to do every app)
