STUART, Fla. --Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida (NASDAQ: SBCF), and its banking subsidiary Seacoast Bank, one of the largest community banks in Florida, welcome Mike Moschella, a highly accomplished community leader in Southwest Florida, as Sarasota Market President, after serving the Sarasota and Manatee County markets for over twenty years.
In this role, Moschella will lead Seacoast Bank’s Commercial Banking team and business development efforts in both the Sarasota and Manatee County markets. Neil McCurry will be transitioning into the role of Market Executive, responsible for community engagement, overseeing the local advisory board, and other strategic initiatives in Southwest Florida. Both Moschella and McCurry will be reporting to Chris Rolle, Executive Vice President, Group President.

Moschella was most recently employed by Hancock Whitney Bank as Market President for Sarasota and Manatee counties. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of South Carolina, and a certificate from the Graduate School of Banking from Louisiana State University.
Moschella has over twenty years of demonstrated success serving the local community in key leadership roles including Chairman of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County Foundation, Board Member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County, Chairman of the Bradenton Area Economic Development Corporation, Executive Committee Member of the Manatee County Chamber of Commerce, Board Member and Council Member of the United Way.
